Food Menu

YMCA Aspen Dining Hall buffet options are plentiful. The help-your-self cafeteria style service lets you choose from a wide range of offerings that can meet almost all dietary choices. The buffet attendants are knowledgeable about the ingredients in each dish (because they get asked All. The. Time.) and know which dishes are vegetarian, gluten-free, and so on. They will be happy to answer all of your questions about the buffet offerings.
