Registration and Fees

Please let us know if you are coming to the reunion by phoning TJ at 630-770-6793 or by sending email to tj@socolofsky.org. If your name is already on the “who’s coming” list, then we know you are coming.

If you will be staying on site at the YMCA, you must arrange for lodging and meals directly, not through a reunion middle man. Be aware that if you are staying in a cabin or you chose a lodging package that does not include a meal plan, you can purchase a meal plan when you register on site. The meal plan, on average, can save you $8 per person per day.

Thanks to the generosity of Carol and Vann Parker, there is no fee for the cookout.

Note: If you are an off-site guest, and you wish to attend the cookout or participate in any of the scheduled Y activities (or both), you must purchase a $25 day pass wristband at the YMCA front desk in the Administration and Registration building (building 1 on page 2 of the Y map).

For many YMCA activities, there is no additional charge above your payment for YMCA lodging or the YMCA day-use pass. A few YMCA activities (such as craft room, renting hiking boots, using the climbing wall) have an additional charge that you pay at the time of use. If you plan on going horse back riding, you pay for the ride at the stables. If you are an off-site guest and ride, you don’t need to purchase a day-use pass wristband.
